About The Casita
When you're ready to unwind and slip away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Nashville, you’ll find this cozy retreat just North of the city. Welcome to The Nashville Casita.
This 3 bedroom 1 bathroom home is the perfect getaway for families, girls trips, bachelorettes and couples looking for a comfortable, yet stylish home to call their own for their stay. Located in a quiet neighborhood a few minutes North of downtown, this property offers a serene retreat from the endless energy of the city, while still being just a short drive away from all of the attractions and entertainment that Nashville has to offer.
The interior of the house is cozy and tastefully decorated with a mid-century meets southwest touch. Each of the three bedrooms is furnished with a brand new comfortable bed, soft linens, and plenty of storage space for your belongings. The shared bathroom is recently updated, clean and well-maintained, with a shower and tub combo and fresh towels provided.
The main living area features a comfortable sofa and armchair, a flat-screen smart TV with streaming services and high-speed internet access, making it easy to relax and stay connected during your stay. The dining area is open to the living room and has a table and chairs that comfortably seats four people.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials for preparing meals and new appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Guests will also find all the necessary cookware, dishes, and utensils to make refueling during their stay as convenient as possible.
